Veronica & Irfan Irfan at Moto GP Laguna Seca 07 Veronica at Moto GP Laguna Seca 07 WildHairWork.jpg (2684654 bytes) Wild Hair at Moto GP Laguna Seca 07
How did we start Wild Hair?
Well, Irfan bought a ZRX 1100 in April '99 and he could not find any accessories here in the U.S.
We knew, that in Germany, the accessory market is big. We contacted a few German companies and we ordered accessories for the ZRX.
A few month later, we helped a few guys to find the same accessories.
We also got so much positive statements about our ZRX 1100 that we decided 10 month later to start Wild Hair Accessories.
The ZRX became a show bike but she is not a trailer queen.

Who is Wild Hair Accessories?
We are a small family owned business.
Irfan, the owner, is born in West Berlin, Germany, he came over to the U.S. in 1994.
His first bike was a Yamaha DT 50 M. A little cross bike.
Later he owned a Yamaha XJ 550 with rear sets from Gimbel, Telefix Clip ons, a self made solo seat and a Vance and Hines 4 in 1.
He also owned a Kawasaki '77 Z 900 for a while. He stopped riding bikes after a few friends got badly hurt on motorcycles.
He turned into cars, he still owns his second car, a '75 Opel Manta which he restored in Germany and shipped it over to the U.S. a few years ago.
His hobbies include Scuba Diving, Karting, Bikes, Cars, Heavy Metal ....

Veronica rides the Bandit 600. She runs www.StreetFightersInc.com (Wild Hair's sister Company).
At this time, Veronica is learning about our parts and accessories. She takes orders, is responsible for all bookkeeping, packing etc.
Her hobbies include, Scuba Diving, Karting, Bikes, Horses. She she also sings in a band called "Benedictum".
If you like Heavy Metal, check it out.

What are our goals?
One of our goals is, to make German made accessories, which are TÜV approved, available to the U.S. market for a reasonable price.
Unfortunately, the reasonable price depends on the exchange rate between US$ and Euro.
Another goal is, StreetFighters. Irfan loves customizing sport bikes. Customizing sport bikes is huge in Germany and the rest of Europe.
The "Fighter" scene here in the U.S. is growing, but still, it is still a long way to go.

What is a "StreetFighter"?
A "StreetFighter" is not a bike you can buy in a shop even though some companies call there bikes "Fighter" or "StreetFighter".
A Fighter is a heavily customized motorcycle. Were it starts and were it ends, everybody has a different opinion about it.
We say: "Buy a bike you like, build it until you love it."

Who are our suppliers?
Our suppliers are the most popular manufacturers in Germany.
Some of them are in business for more than 20 years.
Wild Hair Accessories and our suppliers guarantee the highest standard and quality in all the accessories.
Wild Hair only sells accessories we believe in.
