Hello Wild Hair team.
It took me almost a year to get my 1998 ZX9R resurrected with parts
I got from you but pics are attached. The paint is rattle-can
primer but it doesn’t look terrible from a distance.

ignition key goes due to the modified gauge cluster bracket)

with integrated turn signals (not from Wild Hair but a nice
addition to clean up the rear end)
Not sure if these are worthy of publishing but wanted
you to see how great your products look and work in real life.
The handlebar kit has saved my
low-back and the headlight is
very distinctive –no other bike looks like this one from the front…
Streetfighters forever!! Old sportbikes never die.
And their 2nd life can be better than their first with
the right conversion parts.

G'day Irfan.
Just thought that I would
let you know that we did have a crash at Phillip Island
in February, where we had historic support races to the
World SuperBikes. (Luckily we didn't crash at the big
Island Classic meet at the end of January!)
Your
GSG sliders arrived just
before this race meeting and I fitted them at the track.
In our first race, the bike went down, The sliders
definitely paid for themselves. Some grazing to one
slider, so it isn't as pretty as before, but it is still
useable and apart from some crank damage, (the 3 bolts
holding on the heavy duty crank end covers, sheared off)
the bike and the engine survived pretty well. A good
endorsement for your product!
My rider Trev, came off
worse than the bike. At the bottom of this email, I have
attached a story for you.

I fitted the
foot peg lowering kits to my
beloved 2000 Model Aprilia RSV Mille R
and all went smoothly. No adjustments necessary for perfect
fitting.
I bought the bike off the showroom
and it has performed faultlessly. At 6 feet 6 inches (2000mm) I
am quite tall. These lowered foot pegs combined with the
re-upholstered the seat making it 2 inches taller (50mm), means
I now have a riding position that is even better than before.
Yes I am happy with it all.

Just back
from the trip up to Buriram in Thailand – we went to see the World
Superbike races on the weekend. Put 1,000 km on the bike with the
pegs ( Peg Lowering Kit 30 mm BMW R nine T
) which were brilliant and made all the difference, they
also look great and fit the bike perfectly.
I really appreciate the effort you went to keep on top of the

Some news from France, I received the side covers in perfect
condition and well protected.
Took me a bit of time to get them painted by an official Yamaha
retailer at the exact same color as my bike but I finally got them
mounted! They look awesome and I believe they are a great addition
to the Fazer8 (FZ8S).

I've been enjoying my
GSG mirrors for a good month
now, and am finally getting around to sending you some pics, and
my review of the product. My review is: I love 'em! Seriously, I
waited what seemed like forever for them to arrive (they took
exactly as long to get here as you said they would, but I'm
impatient, but once I had them installed and adjusted, I have to
say 99% satisfied. Why not 100%? Because it really is a shame
that you don't get colour-matched mounting hardware. Gorgeous
black anodized mirrors, with visually distracting and unpleasant
shiny plated studs and lock nuts. Make them black! However, the
glass and viewing area are vastly superior to OEM, and I
appreciate them every time I look into them. Also being black
anodized, they look great with my levers and rear sets. I hope
one the enclosed pics is satisfactory for your website!

Frame protectors are great and stick
out far enough to protect the radiators. Excellent. Here are

In case you were interested for your website, I am sending you a picture
of the 30mm peg lowering kit on my 2006 ZX-6R.
The quality of the kit was outstanding (they are from Germany so I
didn't expect anything less) and they really transformed the bike.
I wear 13/EUR47 boots and have a 36" inseam, and the peg lowering kit
greatly increased my comfort on longer rides.
Now I would like to order another set of rider pegs for a 2012 BMW
S1000RR (Part# 051 02 06 00 according to the website). I would like
these in the 22mm length.

Hi Irfan
The Street Triple GSG bracket (GSG
Headlight/Instrument brackets) has arrived, virtually to the
day you quoted 6 weeks ago, and I've finally had a chance to fit it all.
Fitment is perfect and it looks amazing. It came better packed and with
better instructions than most OEM Triumph accessories I've bought and
oozes quality, especially in the black. The only hurdle I had was
removing the piece of shit shear bolts Triumph have used to fit the
ignition barrel to the yoke.
It's safe to say that without this bracket, which I can't find another
one like it anywhere, I would not have been able to properly fit clip
ons and complete my Cafe-Triple project. For that alone it was worth
every penny.

Regarding the swing-arm sliders, they will fit on both sides, the bolt
needs to be shorten by 5/8's of an inch to clear the wheel.

Awhile back I bought a Gimbel Chin Fairing
and Bike Side Under Tray from
Wild Hair Accessories. You guys have quality made products that fit like
a dream. I had to do some modifications to the Gimbel Chin Fairing b/c
of the aftermarket Muzzy pipe I have on the bike, but it was fairly easy
and I think turned out sweeeeeet. Thanks for selling great aftermarket
products for a bike that is hard to find such products anywhere.

Just letting you know that the Spiegler brake lines arrived on the
doorstep Monday. Very nice.
A friend of mine up north (2000kms up north) has a BMWK1200LT and
ordered a single OEM brake line about 3 weeks before I did from
somewhere in the USA ......he is still waiting...it apparently went off
to Canada for some reason or other....still probably stuck in the ice up
there somewhere:)
Have suggested he cancel the order and order a full set from you.
I am updating the BMW web site (www.BMWLT.com)
as I am sure others (especially the Oz riders) will want to know the
experience....

That has to be the quickest 4 to 5 fives weeks in the history of
time keeping.
It took all of 10 minutes to install and setup to my preference.
The fit, finish and overall quality is outstanding. Once again

I received the 50mm
lower foot pegs
from you and installed them on my
650R. I was happy with how they fit for
my circumstances.
I’m including a link to a couple pictures I took of
it. I’m still trying different adjustments on the foot levers, but I
think it’s going to fit my feet fine.
One thing of note, the peg lowers
moved the pegs out from the bike about an inch. That extra width made it a
little awkward to reach the shifter with my foot. I’m planning to custom
bend a foot shift lever to account for that. However, I think the stock
position WILL work.

Fitting of handlebar riser done.
Required cutting the fairing slightly to allow full steering lock,
machining of the handle grips which otherwise were too thick for the
handlebar
diameter, re routing the cable controls.
Job done with great satisfaction by my obliging technician.
Does not look great aesthetically compared to the stock but is SO much
more comfortable to my neck and shoulders and wrist. Much recommended.

asked, I would describe your product and company as very high quality
(product and service) but, not inexpensive. Essentially you get what you pay for. My opinion, the
price was on the high side, but the product and service was 100% perfect.
Impossible to improve on either the product or service.
In hind sight I'm
glad I paid the "high" price
because the entire adventure was perfect.
It may be some time before I get the seat
mounted and painted as I want to paint the bike to match.
I'm sure it will look excellent and I will
send you some pictures. The bike has a full fairing and I'm painting it in
the MV Agusta style; front fender, upper fairing, tank and seat red,
lower fairing silver. I'm confident it
will be "drop dead gorgeous" and when you get the pics, feel
free to use them to advertise your product.

Hi!
The more I ride the bike now with the tail lifted, the more I love it and
am so damn glad I got it. It makes a huge, HUGE difference in the
handling.

takes the photos at 12 mega-pix. I shrunk those down to either 320x320 or
160x160 (as opposed to 1240 x 1240).

I received the sliders and reservoir yesterday and bolted them up! I
am very pleased with both, thanks!!!!
The reservoir was VERY easy to install. I removed the OEM remote
reservoir, tubing and fitting as one piece, replaced the o-ring, and
bolted on the new reservoir....added fluid, one go with the Mity-Vac, and
done!! :-D
I attached a few pics.
I purchased the GSG-Moto reservoir, Bide Side
seat cowl, Metisse X-Pad sliders and Spiegler brake/clutch lines
from you.

Hi Guys
I need to replace the right side puck (GSG
Protectors) on my 04 FJR 1300
after being hit and knocked down by a NO SIGNAL LEFT TURN cage.
I hope individual replacements are available. By the way they saved the
right side fairing from being destroyed in a 100 foot slide on asphalt at
30 mph.

first thing you said after you bought the Zrex was, hmm, how could I make

The GSG sliders are top quality and
actually saved my '05 FJR1300ABS and
perhaps myself when some idiot in a Scion mini-van decided he wanted my
lane on the freeway at about 68 mph. I survived the impact and stayed
upright to pull over and deal with this jerk. The right GSG slider and
mounting bracket were damaged along with most of the plastic bits - but
the expensive frame, engine and clutch case - even the fuel tank were
unscathed. You may recall my order for the single-side replacement.
I forgot to mention that the right GSG mounting bracket was slightly bent
and the nylon stud was scuffed just a bit. But it ran almost the whole
length of that flipping Scion and left a linear dent as though someone was
trying to enter it with a can opener. about $3k USD just for that
damage alone.
I cannot say enough about how strong, well placed and designed those
sliders are.

I received the GSG Mototechnik frame and clutch sliders for my
'06 YZF-R1 L.E. this morning. Had them installed (with blue Locktite) to the
specified torque specs within ~30 minutes. They are very attractive and
look quite strong.
I am certain you will see some orders coming your way
as I highly recommend them and the Limited Edition always attracts fellow
enthusiasts.
Shot a few lousy pics in a hurry (trust me - I am a better rider than

Hi,
I'm writing to thank you for an excellent product (Metisse
Protector - Strada) which did an excellent job protecting my
2001 FZ-1 Yamaha in an encounter with a Smart car yesterday. The one on
the right tore up the side of the car and ripped off the bumper while the
one on the left protected the engine when the bike landed on the left
after I hit the car. My left protector is fine, but the right one
bent back on the bolt that holds it in place. Even though I straightened
it out, the bolt is damaged and must be replaced. Can you please send me a
replacement bolt? Thanks.

I recently purchased a black set of Micro 1000's for
a 2000 Ducati 996. They look great. The fit was perfect and I made the
connections in about 1hr. I had some trepidation about the look/fit as
compared to the OEM part. You answered all my questions about size and
specs on the phone and I appreciate it. As far as comparing it to the OEM
part? There is no comparison! These lights are super small and just
as bright.

I have a year 2000 SV 650. The installation of the
G pack was accomplished
by lifting the tank and plugging into the connector bundle on the left
side of the air box. You can tell by unplugging the bundle and trying to
start the bike. Unplugged you can't, plugged you can. Insert the G Pack
where the plugs come apart. The result is amazing. In 2nd and 3rd gear it
performs as promised. Power is crisp in all gears but in 2nd and 3rd it
just keeps coming on! Great work Nikko and Metisse!

I installed your micro 1000 turn signals a few weeks ago. For Christmas, a
very kind family member gave me the bar end signals which I installed over
the weekend. These two products are the most impressive aftermarket
products that I have seen in a long time. The materials, fit and finish
are all excellent. On top of that, they perform better than the stock
items. That is frankly astounding for a low profile turn signal
replacement. I recommend these to anyone who appreciates excellent
engineering.

on my FZ-1 and I must say it was definitely worth waiting for. Not
only did it fit perfectly but it looked real good with all the other

Micro 1000 front and rear sets, also I have a factory wind
screen from Honda and a plate holder from Rizoma (made in Italy, and not
well though out for the states. I had to do a few mods to the plate holder
and still not happy!)
I am very happy with the Kellermann turn signals! They match the bike
perfect. sorry if the bike is kinda of dirty, but what can I say we still
have 3 inches of snow on the ground! hope to stop by and see you when I am
out in AZ. I will be there form 3-26 to 3-31-03

I just put on my Nikko extreme high rise pipe with Alu
can. It probably
took me almost 2 hours to finish the job. Your going to have to make
some modifications to a GSXR. The back right net bracket will need
to be bent or removed. The mid-pipe and can need to be bent a little
bit so it doesn't touch the fairing.You also will need a longer screw to
mount the can ring. Other than that it was easy once you get over the fear
of cutting your stock exhaust. It sounds great, comparable a Micron in my
opinion. The pitch at idle is a nice deep sound but she'll scream if your riding
hard. The Power difference is incredible. Before, I had
trouble getting the front wheel up, last night she just came right up no
questions asked. Its hard to believe. I am more than satisfied and
would recommend Nikko to anyone, its worth the month wait. Attached

Dear Irfan,
Thanks for the tech support. I went back and rechecked everything, and
found that I had inadvertently pushed one of the choke cable for one of
the carburetors off its seat, thus leaving the choke partially on. Problem
sorted.
It revs, it idles. No glitches.
So I got the bike running, took it out for a spin, and regads, the G
Pack works just as advertised. Definitely more power in the
stated rev range for the stated gears. As they say in England, "top
quality kit, that one".

Hallo, Irfan. This is Lee -F Z 1 guy. I installed the
Metisse Frame Protectors and they're 1/2 as ugly as I thought
they would be!!! Seriously, I got a couple of positive comments on them
(much to my surprise) and they make halfway decent highway pegs to boot! L
O L. The Metisse Tail Lifter (dogbone)
for the suspension makes a HUGE difference. That combined with the
Hyperpro spring and the 65 series FRONT tire cured my complaints with the
rear end; a combo I would recommend to anyone. The only downside is the
the rear tire now touches the ground with the bike on the centerstand. No
big deal, though. Overall pretty satisfied as usual when dealing with W H

Hello, Thanks so much for providing such a wonderful product, it saved my
bike from damage the other night.
After dinner I went to take my bike off the center stand and because of
this &^**^&# up parking lot the bike pivoted the wrong way and it
pulled me right over on top of my bike. I can't tell you how much it hurt
to fall on top of my own bike the Metisse
protectors did their job but the sticker is mangled and I had
to tear it off the right side. Is there anyway to get another sticker to
replace the one I had to take off?? I sincerely hope so because it looks
so much better with it on. Can you please let me know by e mail. Thanks

fell over.

I wanted to say that I ordered a G-Pack
for my 2000 GSXR 600, and it did make a difference. It seemed to eliminate
all hesitation in the areas specified. The motor seemed to have better
response and pickup. This item is well worth the money.
By the way I also installed the Metisse
rear sets, and tail raisers.
The handling, along with the H2 Race tires from Mich. is outstanding! The rear sets
bolted on without any problem at all.
By the way I ordered a Nikko Carbon Extreme high
rise and it looks and sound great!!

G-Pack I had purchased from you about a month or so ago for my
SV650.
I finally got the airbox. It performed pretty well. Once I hooked
the G-Pack up it made all the difference. The front wheel started to come
up effortlessly under only a conservative amount of throttle. When I
really got into it, the acceleration was amazing.

Here are photos of the installation. I painted the brackets gloss black before installing them and I also chased the internal threads with a tap
since they were a little rough. I substituted shorter SS bolts for the
originals which were too long and used thread locker when I installed them. Very pleased with them.

frame protectors today. The bike looks great! Once the brackets are in place, the belly pan is easy to install! A little advice to anyone buying these pans. Have them install the brackets and pan first, then take off and paint them! I was so excited that when I got it, I took it outside and painted it! Then tried to install it! WRONG MOVE VICTOR!
Anyway, the bike looks great even with a few scratches! I'll resand and
paint it this weekend and take a few pictures and I'll send you
some!

Hi Irfan,
Just wanted to let you know that the MEK windshield arrived and it works a looks great. Really reduces the upper body wind loading
and still keeps in lines with the original V-max styling. It's not the easiest thing to install, but well worth the effort.

I have a mixed report. The Metisse belly pan
is a very nice. It well constructed
bolts on easily and provides clearance for oil changes without removal. It
would be nice if the mounting brackets were black, as they are quite visible
when the underbelly is installed. I like it a lot and would recommend it to
anyone looking for an underbelly.
The MET seat cowl for the SV 650 is disappointing. The style is very good, looks great, but does
not use the stock latching
equipment and becomes a semi-permanent installation. The mounting bracket did not line up with the hole in the
cowl, and it is disappointing to have a need for a mounting device on the top of the cowl. I actually had to re-engineer the mounting arrangement to
make it work. The Christmas tree press fitting provided stripped during the
first attempt at mounting the cowl, I ended up using an anodized hex bolt and a self locating nut on the bottom. I have it on, it looks good except
for a bolt in the middle, but it was not an easy job. To remove it I have
to carry a Philips screwdriver and a hex wrench to get to the tools I have
stored below the cowl. I would not recommend this cowl to anyone else unless it is modified to use the stock locking
arrangement. Actually, if I didn't want the look of carbon fiber I would have returned this piece.

My next project is going to be a naked 1200. I'm going to go for the total

The handle bar adapter and bars
work great I need to get some bar end weights for the aluminum
gold bars. The reason I sent all the rest of the old e-mail in
front of this message is so that I would refresh your memory on
what I have .I'd like to get the heaviest weights you have in
gold or black, Preferable in steel . It has to slip in and be
tightened up with a screw through rubber . The Bars don't have
threads in them If you still have my credit card info just apply
it to it or e-mail me back and I'll call back and resubmit it.
The pic's I took didn't come out too good So I'll try to get a better
one. Hoping to here from you soon

Hey Irfan!
The mounting of the mirrors went fine. There are no steer weights on the
Vmax, just plastic chromed caps that can be taken off with some fizzling around. Part of the gas handle grip needs to be adapted (shortened), but nothing major. Here are the pic's asked for.
Could you tell me the external sizes of tail light #1 on this page, and send me more pictures?
