|What is a TÜV
Technischer Überwachungs Verein ) is a German inspection institute
controlled by the German government.
They have laws which accessories has to be made and all our
manufactures must follow these laws.
Before an automobile or motorcycle part/accessory can be Street-Legal in
Germany it must be inspected and approved by the German TÜV or Dekra.
For example rear sets: A machine hits 150.000 times the brake, 150.000 times the
shifter under dry, wet, salt water ... conditions. They check for material, strengths, the foot pegs get hit at
least 150.000 times, how it mounts and so on. If the rear sets do not work properly
after all these tests, they will not receive the TÜV certificate and can not be sold in Germany.
Accessories without a TÜV or ABE approval are illegal to use on German streets and the police can
confiscate the vehicle without questions ask. Also, points and a

|Why is shipping
Shipping depends on the size,
weight etc. our customers order.
We have flat rates for accessories and we only charge our U.S.
customers for shipping from Germany to our office in Arizona.
For international customers, we charge extra for shipping from the
U.S. to there country.
|Can I order online?
Unfortunately not at this
We checked into the online ordering and we decided not to do it for
the following reason.
Most customers have questions before they order which can not be answered
with that service.
Also, we think, personal contact is very important.
We get e-mails, asking if we are able to ship 20 sets of something
to Africa, with pick up and payments via Credit Card. Well, we know
it is a scam. With online order, the card would be charged.
|When can I expect to
receive the accessories that I order?
If the part that you
order is in stock, it will leave our office within 24 hours.
You should receive it within 2-3 days.
If it is not in stock it is maybe on back order and will be shipped as
soon as it arrives.
If we have to order it
from our German supplier, it will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Sometimes faster, sometimes longer.
does my Credit Card get charged?
If the accessories are in stock: Wild Hair will charge your
card the same day you ordered. We try to ship them out the same day,
if not, the next morning.
If the accessories are not in stock: Wild Hair does not
charge your Credit Card before the accessories arrive in our office.
In rare occasions we charge a 15% deposit depending on the amount

Yes, you can.
If you would like to return an accessory because you are not satisfied and
do not want a new part, we have a restocking fee of 15%.
For special made accessories we have a restocking fee of 25%.
We can not
refund you for shipping after your credit card is charged and the
accessories left our office.
Before you ship it back to our office, please contact us via e-mail or

We will not accept returns after 30 days.
If your part is damaged (damage due to a default in paint on your parts is
not included) you have to send the part in the original box back to
Wild Hair Accessories, and you will get
the same part you ordered.
Exchanges or full refunds are not allowed.
Wild Hair Accessories is not responsible
for damage during or after the installation.
I get color the accessories color matched?
Unfortunately not. Painted
accessories are not insured during shipping from Germany to the U.S.
If our customers are not satisfied with the paint job (color match,
paint damage) or the paint job gets damaged during shipping from
Germany to our office, we would ship it back to Germany that our
supplier can fix the damage. Each way takes approx. 3-4 weeks.
Before we get the parts back, it takes around 2 month.
|Can we ship all
over the world ?
We have customers in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, England,
Honk Kong, Brazil, Japan, Italy, Malta, Thailand, Ireland, Malaysia, Denmark,
Columbia, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Chile, etc.
